Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees and will be presented before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options that will meet your needs. We accept cash, checks, major debit 
cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer no and low interest payment plans through Care Credit.
Insurance
We will submit claims to all insurance plans that allow you to choose the dentist of your choice. On the day of your appointment you will be responsible for your estimated portion.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for treatment and allow 30 days to render payment. Should your dental insurance benefit result in less coverage than originally anticipated, you are responsible for the remaining balance on your account. We remind you that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between your employer and the dental insurance company.
Cosmetic “Aesthetic” Dentistry and Insurance
Cosmetic “Aesthetic” dental procedures are not generally covered by dental insurance policies; however, partial dental benefits are often available if the teeth are broken or have previous dental fillings, bonding, crowns or bridges. Porcelain and other tooth-colored fillings are typically paid out by insurance companies as if a mercury (silver) filling was placed.
